We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to lead the Human Resources function across 35+ branches at Premier Road Carriers. This role is responsible for building robust HR strategies, streamlining people processes, and ensuring consistent, high-quality HR execution across the organization. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end recruitment, strengthen performance management systems, oversee onboarding/offboarding, and elevate employee experience and culture initiatives. You will mentor and guide the HR team, ensure accurate HRMS and payroll operations, maintain statutory compliance, and act as a trusted partner to employees and leadership. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can bring structure, speed, and excellence to a fast-growing logistics environment.
